Hi everyone Finally got interview package , but still puzzle about one thing on the interview letter there is a section that states Important interview reminders the third point states that you need to bring updated federal income tax info. My petitioner already submitted his 2013 tax returns but his joint sponsor submitted 2010, 2011 and 2012 so I am guessing that I need to submit my joint sponsor 2013 tax papers too . Is there anyone who has to do this or already has please share your experience . Thank you

@hiren my husband received his w2 and he did electronic filing and their is a printout turbo tax sends you stating that it has been accepted by irs can that work

Thank you did you guys receive a checklist also that stated that certain fields had to be competed back and that you should provide 2012 tax returns. It is all so confusing

@hiren patel Hi hiren did you get your AOS sorted out actualyl we have the same problem my husband only started working in 2013 and he doesn't get his tax transcript until after april 2014 we filled with joint sponsor but the nvc is asking my husband to submit 2012 tax return even though he wrote them a letter explaining that he did not work in 2012 . how did your wife fill her aos form

it all depends on how fast they are processing it my husband got both AOS and IV bill around the same time you normally get it via email first and you can print out the invoice and send money order or pay online

@tabula_rasa When you full out the ds 260 online you can either scan your documents and send it to the nvc via email or just post all original and photocopies to the address on your barcode sheet
