Yes it was indicated at the noa2 we received. But until now no response from nvc if they already the papers from uscis.

[/quote] The visa bulletin date for F2A in October visa bulletin is Sept 2013. This means NVC (US consulate) will set up interview for all applicants whose PD is before Sept 2013 and I-130 is approved. This assumes that US Consulate have received the file. First USCIS sends it to NVC and then after submitting all documents, NVC sends it to Consulate. The blog post linked in earlier post have complete step-by-step guide. The GC tracker also have full steps listed when you go to add case (or view case).

Thanks amazon. If my PD is april 2013 and the VB for october is september 2013 and having my approval from uscis, then NVC will line me up on having interview ? Correct me if im wrong .. Thanks

Yes, that is correct. Interview will be set up as long as PD is current. However if dates retrogress in November 2013 visa bulletin and PD is no longer current, then the applicant will have to wait for next forward movement (and PD to be current) before they set up the interview.
