Last month it was showing Vermont i-130 Permanent resident filing for Spouse was at "June 2012" I believe, and now it's 5 month. April 2013 is 5 month back from current month .. and if I am correct on that 5 month thing on this page .. https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do So Does That mean, Vermont had go ahead and either transferred or Processed June 2012 to April 2013 files ?? (A kind of a good progressive sign?) Of If I am wrong, please share your thought what 5 months in last column mean ! Thanks!! [confused]

[/quote] Typically local offices do not list their I-130 processing time. So you will have to wait to hear from them. We will be adding a column in I-130 tracker for cases which were transferred to local office, etc. This would help give an idea about how long it typically takes.

uscis processing time for sept 17 2013 for I130 shows 5 months so does that mean that i will receive an approval letter anytime from now onward? or it means that i have to wait for at-least 5 months form today's date? (i have not received any transfer notice to local office). PD: jan 2013

The processing time of 5 months means that they are processing cases with PD till April 2013. It can mean they are processing cases with PD in 2011 or 2012 or 2013. In some cases, as we have seen in this forum and tracker, they are also processing I-130 cases with PD in August 2013.
