October visa bulletin is valid from October 1. Hence the cutoff date for F2A category starting from October 1 would be Sept 8, 2013.

my pd is 5/23/2013.and case is transfered to local office from NVC.whats the next step?? I am wondering after seeing oct VB. whts going on [confused] ?

My PD is Jan 14, 2013 and it was Vermont when I filed and last month - Aug 19, 2013 they transferred the case to Nebraska Service center. Not sure does this reflect good effect !?!?!? Beneficiary/spouse is out side US and just have filed i-130 (F2A) at the moment. Please advice if something is missing! thank you!
