@f2acamer: You mentioned that: "Usually people are called for interview at the 130 stage when the beneficiary is in removal proceedings". Do you know what do they need at the interview for someone that is in removal proceedings? Or 2nd marriage?

@ KK: Good luck to your interview. What was the date when they sent you the letter that your case was transferred and most likely you'll have an interview? It was sometime in August. When exactly they sent you the interview letter?

Hi tabula_rasa. Can you tell me what did your letter said when they transferred your case from Vermont to Nebraska? The copy that they mailed to you. Thanks

No, the petitioner did not get the green card through the marriage. You should just relax, and wait for the letter... I don't know how long is going to take to receive the interview letter, that's why I said we should update our status.

Is the Petitioner's 2nd marriage. Now we just have to wait for the interview, so it will be nice if everybody will update their status, ... when we are going to receive the interview letter, just write on this post. Good luck to everyone!

@ kk3405 The Notice said: I-797c "This courtesy notice is to advise you of action taken on this case. The official notice has been mailed to the authorized representative. Any relevant documentation included in the notice was also mailed as part of the official notice. Preliminary processing of the above application or petition has been completed, and it has been transferred to the USCIS office at: USIS-NBC. That office will notify you when they schedule an interview on the application or petition. Any further inquires should be made to that office". My lawyer told me that the National Benefits Center would go ahead to schedule the interview and then they will send my file to my local office, right before the interview. Hope that helps kk3405.
