Hi ARandAR. your pd is Sept 9, 2014 which is not current? right? so does it mean that when you submit all documents..your pd will be current anytime?. I received and email from nvc " the nvc may begin processing this petition prior to a visa number becoming available per the current ediiton of the visa bulletin ". but when i tried to log in to the ceac it said that "Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error.

My PD is January 3, 2014. If visa bulletin will not move for this coming months and will retrogress. my only hope is to receive the citizenship of my hubby so we could upgrade the petitio from f2A to IR but im still wishing to move forward the visa bulletin..
