Hi my case was received by NVC on the 10th of January. I'm worried it might not be processed right away since our priority date didn't make it to the cutoff date. Please let me know when you hear back from NVC and what their feedback is. Thank you!

Any progress Anikka because I'm in the same boat

I got my case number & IIN last January 15. I am now waiting to pay the fees needed.

I read if you didn't receive a letter informing you that they have your file at NVC and they will hold it in until your case become current it means good news and they are going to process your visa within the current year, did you receive any kind of letters like that.

okay. you can call NVC again after 20 business days for your case number & Identification Invoice number.

Your welcome. May the March Visa Bulletin become current or Sept 22 so we can start processing our case at NVC. Try calling every week for your case number & IIN.

Hi PD is Sept 09, 2013. Called NVC and I was told to call back in 10 - 20 business days. Case number has not been generated yet. I have been calling almost day. The wait is killing me. :( Fingers crossed.

Amahf, I haven't received any letter from NVC yet. They told me they received my case on Jan 10th and that case number hasn't been assigned yet. Please let me know when u hear back from them. Thank you!

Hello RBandAR if your case was received by NVC last January 10, you can call again after 20 days. That is what I did.

Hello Amahf I received an Email from NVC stating that there is No visa available as of the moment. I should wait for there Email again if they can process my petition once there is an available visa. & wait for my PD to be current

Hello Anikka let's wait for the coming Visa bulletins and I hope that our PD to become current , Hello RBandAR I knew the wait is killing but unfortunately we don't have another option and I will let you know once I have any progress.

Amahf, I have the patience to wait for 88 days for a NOA2 & surely I would wait for my PD to be current. For as long I can be with my husband. :)

Hi amahf this is the message that appears "Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error.

I paid the AOS from late March, and just waiting for any movement, that's really frustrating.

Mam tanong ko lng po sana kung after nio po maipasa lahat ng papel sa NVC gaano po kayo katagal nag antay para makakuha ng interview at medical nio po kci po 4months na po ako nag antay simula ng makumpleto ko lo ang lahat ng documents at papers na hinihingi ng NVC sabi po wait daw po ako ng 3months kaso 4months na po ngaun .. salamat po mam sa informations na maaari nio pong ishare saakin godbless po and takecare..
