The priority date for the month of november,2013 is the same with the october,2013 in the visa bulletin. What is the effect of this to those petition that has been approved? Thanks!

There should not be any change. NVC will continue to process all applications where priority date is current.

Manila has lots of applicants for interview. Hence it could take longer to set up interview in Manila consulate.

Yes. If you look at the GC tracker (FB NVC category): http://www.mygcvisa.com/tracker/Browse.aspx?t=FB&c=NVC User happywife (who is also in Manila) I-130 was approved on Aug 2013. She has only received her IV bill so far. Also with government shutdown, the processing time could slightly increase.

I've a case that has been filed with almost the same month,day and year to mine. With the same embassy that's manila. And the petition is now waiting for interview. While mine is still son't have any case number yet. We keep calling the nvc since last month but we didnt get connected with their system. What we will do?
