If you check the visa bulletin for November they are working on 01 mar 2003 for Philippines which I am guessing you are from. What's your priority date?

my case was transferred on 16th august I got RFE on the 3rd October I responded and got approval on the 16th October my priority date is 31 December 2012 and I hope to hear from the NVC soon
