They just said i need to wait!! And its just normal transfer... They seemed like they dont really knoq about the case I juat wasted my time.... I got nothing from infopass

I Got the same letter, that the case got transferred to Nebraska. Let's keep each other posted when we receive the Interview letter, or whatever is going to happen in the future.

@ kk3405 The Notice said: I-797c "This courtesy notice is to advise you of action taken on this case. The official notice has been mailed to the authorized representative. Any relevant documentation included in the notice was also mailed as part of the official notice. Preliminary processing of the above application or petition has been completed, and it has been transferred to the USCIS office at: USIS-NBC. That office will notify you when they schedule an interview on the application or petition. Any further inquires should be made to that office". My lawyer told me that the National Benefits Center would go ahead to schedule the interview and then they will send my file to my local office, right before the interview. Hope that helps kk3405.

Is the Petitioner's 2nd marriage. Now we just have to wait for the interview, so it will be nice if everybody will update their status, ... when we are going to receive the interview letter, just write on this post. Good luck to everyone!

ic that`s why we are getting this message from uscis.. and did you get your greencard via marrige with usc? i did it that.. so... and what your lawer said? it will be no problem? i cant sleep... :(( and how long it will take to get interview appointment? plz help
