Topic: F4 i-130 DS-260 Aproved

Hello, im from Montenegro , My aunt Filed documents for my father in 2005 and got aproved 2009 , now also all paid and filed ds-260 and aproved and waiting for interview schedule , so my question about my age , in 2019 july we filed Ds-260 after one week my big brother get removed from list (age 27) , but im stil there withy parent , i was 25 year i think i was under CSPA but now i dont know if im so im asking will i get visa with my parent if now im.not under cspa but ds-260 aproved ? What can i do ? I know situation covid-19 but my ages are going and not waiting
