Hi,
My wife also received a 10 years GC instead of a conditional one. We took an infopass and spoke to the officer. He said it was USCIS's error and we need to fill I90 (No fee!) and send back the card to USCIS. When requested, he was kind enough to stamp my wife's passport with a temporary GC. We have mailed the GC to USCIS and waiting for the conditional GC. I would suggest to do the same since it may trigger some issues during naturalization. Hope this helps.

Amazon,
My wife received a ten years GC. We have been married for nine months. We called USCIS and looks like we don't have to do anything. Any suggestions?

That is great news. Congrats Shrishi. [biggrin]
If you have some time, could you post the questions they asked during the interview (in the comments section at bottom of your case). I am sure it would be helpful to many people who are also going to be interviewed soon.

Hi Amazon,
We had our F2A AOS interview this morning. Everything went
smooth and the IO was very friendly. After a few questions and
proof for our relationship, he approved our case on the
spot. Amazon, thank you very much for providing
very informative web site and blog. Good luck
all F2A AOS applicants.

sorry to ask u,who is congressman? i got transfer to USCIS office on sept 9th.i dont know where is my petition now. my PD on 5/23/2013.
Just google your county name and congressman office. or search in this forum. If your case is with VSC, wait for 5 months from the date of submission. The current processing time for VSC is 5 months.
Did u get any transfer notice before approvl?
Yes, three emails followed by a hard copy saying that my case was transferred and processed at a USCIS office. I approached my congressman's office who followed my case with VSC, local USCIS and Nebraska. Nebraska replied them saying that my case was assigned to an officer and in 3 days I got the approval.
NOTE: The current VSC processing time for I-130 is 5 months which was an advantage in my case.

Congrats on the I-130 approval. In case you are not sure of next steps, let me know. :)
Thanks Amazon. The AOS package was sent on July 31 (Rec. date Aug 01) when the F2A became current. No RFE so far. Our interview is scheduled on Oct 17 2013. I have updated my case in the tracker.
In fact, I prepared most of the AOS package after reading your blog/mygcvisa.com Thanks for your help Amazon.
