Topic: Withdrawing AOS

My husband had to leave the country before his advanced parole was approved, so I have written to USCIS and withdrew the I485 as well as the advance parole and work authorization. I am waiting for them to respond so I can start the process for a spousal visa but it has been over 2 weeks and online the case still shows active. Any idea how long it takes for them to close out these 3 requests? Thanks

In the process building up to the interview, it is strongly suggested that you comingle all your financials with your spouse, however, I am finding it very difficult to add my spouse to my bank accounts as they require proof that we live together by means of a bill in his name mailed to our address, however, none of the utilitiy companies or cell phone companies will allow someone without a social security number to have an account. Catch 22? Help.
