1. How long is I-797 Approval valid for. Within how much time we have to file I-824 form. 2. Is it easier to change status from tourist visa to permanent resident / Green card with I-797 approval while in USA, if so how much time it takes for converting the status. 3. Can one get one's son to US on tourist visa and get his status changed along with primary Beneficiary myself, as we applied for him along with Primary Beneficiary myself. 4. If Petitioner has to apply for I-824 in US to give US consulate name / Port of entry for Beneficiary, can he also give in I-824 name of Beneficiaries son along. 5.
