Topic: I-130 Application questions

Hello all, My spouse is an LPR and is filing I-130 petition for me. Our case is: We filed I-485 AOS together last year 2019 based on DV lottery. She was principal applicant and I was derivative for her. She was approved for the case and I was denied. Now I have following questions in the I-130 form: 1. In part 4, "Has anyone filed a petition for this beneficiary (which is me)? What should we answer this question? 2. Should I include my denial decision letter in my I-13o package?\ Please provide your comment/feedback. Thanks in advance. Prasiddha
