Topic: How to know whether my case is preadjudicated

Hello, I was added as a dependant to my husband's application after marriage and we had biometrics done and interview to prove our marriage is real. This happened in May 2012 and by the time dates became unavailable so the officer who interviewed could not help us in providing visa number though he was interested to give us gc and approval. SInce then dates have never reached our PD Jan 2008, When I look at status it shows still in initial review stage. How to know whether our case is preadjudicated or when we will get gc. Your help is appreciated. Thanks

Husband is primary and am dependent. What is info pass appointment. About calling USCIS I just have receipt number on the biometrics appointment. Can I use the same number and ask them the status of my I485?

my husband and I are separated about a month and I want to know how he can cancel my I-485 application without my knowledge. He is very smart from beginning he didnot even file for my EAD bluffing me saying PD date will be current anytime soon. EB2 India has not been moving since long time. I am on H1b

what is the process for EB3 to EB2 porting and how much time does it take? 1 week or 2 weeks? If so then they have to wait for the 2 weeks meanwhile the orginial EB2 applicants whose cases have been preadjusted can be current and approved. Whats the probability of this process?
