Topic: EB2 Candidate with PD of 1st May 2009 eligible to get their GC in Sep-2014

Hi, I have filed my application in EB2 and my PD is 1st May 2009, which is the cut off date mentioned in Sep-2014 visa bulletin for EB2. As my PD is exactly the same date as cut off date, want to know if this date candidates are also eligible/included to get their GC during Sep-2014 month? I did receive the RFE 2 months ago to have the medicals done again and I have submitted the reports back to USCIS and my file is upto date as of now.
