She gave me case number until we found out last April that its a fake. She didn't apply our forms to USCIS and we're waiting for nothing. We indeed wasted time for such betrayal. I don't know yet what should be done for her since she is an agent in one agency in US. However, my husband finally applied FORM I-130 by himself. Receiving & Priority date: May 16, 2014 Case Type: Petition for Alien relative (spouse) I searched on the internet and some blogs published a 5-month goal but 9-month average processing time of nowadays cased filed. How true it is? Somebody could help me track or next steps would might happen. I am dying to be with my husband but now we cannot do anything but to wait another months again. [/b][/size][/color]
