Topic: F2A Filers Waiting for Case Completion

Same with me... I got my NVC case completed on Jan 10th 2014 and waiting for Interview date - it's definitely not in Feb 2014 though. Let's hope I hit quickly in March :)

Topic: F2A Visa Interview call duration after NVC complete the case

Hi, I have received email notification from NVC at 10th of Jan 2014, saying your case is complete at NVC and we are processing the interview schedule for my case. After that nothing heard back since then and nothing is yet scheduled as far I can see under February interview schedule. It's F2A, PD 14 Jan 2013, NVC completed case on 10 Jan 2014, Beneficiary/wife is in India and I (husband) Petitioner of the case and Mumbai US Embassy should be the location of interview per my understanding. can you estimate, when can I get the Visa Interview call if NVC has already completed the Case on Jan 10th of this month? Also, mention if I have to do any steps ? How soon can my wife join us in US considering the PD is current..? Thank you! As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified. The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa. The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview. Hi Amazon, Thank you for your wonderful and constant support...I have filed I130 - F2A, My Priority date was Jan 14 2013 and it's just approved today @ Oct 2, 2013. I am not so sure about the post steps, please assist if you can! Thank you very much!!

Topic: Vermont is moving

Last month it was showing Vermont i-130 Permanent resident filing for Spouse was at "June 2012" I believe, and now it's 5 month. April 2013 is 5 month back from current month .. and if I am correct on that 5 month thing on this page .. https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do So Does That mean, Vermont had go ahead and either transferred or Processed June 2012 to April 2013 files ?? (A kind of a good progressive sign?) Of If I am wrong, please share your thought what 5 months in last column mean ! Thanks!! [confused]

My PD is Jan 14, 2013 and it was Vermont when I filed and last month - Aug 19, 2013 they transferred the case to Nebraska Service center. Not sure does this reflect good effect !?!?!? Beneficiary/spouse is out side US and just have filed i-130 (F2A) at the moment. Please advice if something is missing! thank you!
