hi amazon, i just have a question about ds230 particularly on the question "who will follow to the us later". because we have a second child but not biologically ours who was registered to us. the child is not living with me because her biological parents change their mind and took the child back. before, when my wife was petitioned under f2b visa she wrote on the ds230 form on the question who will follow you in the us later the childs name. now, i'd like to ask do i need to write still the childs name on the question 31b on the ds230 form?, now my wife is my petitioner, if i opted not to write the childs name on the 31b question will it not make any conflict on the forms filed by my wife before? im looking forward for your answer to certain my inquiries. thank you...

Thanks amazon for the info!. Its just that you know I'm hoping that since f2a in VB is current , my husband's pd would be on consular process anytime even without the noa2 yet....but I'm hoping that since we sent all the info and docu needed his will catch up before vb retrogresses. Again, thank u! I really do appreciate it!

If csc is still on nov 2011, when will I receive then the noa2 for form I-130 that I filed? I received the noa1 stating the pd was nov 2012. Can the csc not adjust their processing timeframe to synchronize with the pd on current?

I filed form I-130 for my husband who is in the Philippines and received NOA1 stating that the PD is Nov. 15, 2012...and since then I havent't received yet NOA2...now on VB the F2A is current does it means that my husband's PD is included in that even if I didnt recieved yet the NOA2? Coz as I checked on the processing time of CSC it's still on Nov. 2011, so how's that? Do u hve any idea then when will I recieve the noa2 ? Thanks ...
