Hi Amazon, after responding to AOS and IV Checklists a month ago, I received a Checklist from NVC yesterday with below message in it ______1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:_______________________ The NVC has received the information you submitted and placed it in your case file. You will be contacted when your petition is sent to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate for further processing. Is this case complete? Thanx.
Kario Thanks for your reply I also have sent an email to the nvc and I am waiting on their reply I did notice on the image you have up that fee payment has one applicant and that's great that they do update their system
I was actually trying to understand why they added my son and the onpy thing I can think of is when we filled the I130 petition. There is section where the beneficairy should list his children and that is where I had added my son's name. To be quiet honnest I hesitated to add him but I was affraid they consider it like not providing all the informations about me. But it was clearly a mistake to add him as they considered him as a derivative applicant. I hope you get yours fxed asap.
@kario I have the same problem my daughter who is already in the usa has shown up on our payment invoice did u get yours sorted out please do reply
Molly, I wrote an email to NVC again and they asked to send them copies of both sides of my son's green card. In the mean time they have updated the system so that only one IV fee is required. We are no longer required to pay another IV fee. We did send the docs for AOS and IV, so now waiting for case completion hoping we did not miss anythng...

Hi Amazon, My wife's petition for me was approved and sent to NVC. Couple of days later we received the NVC case number and the required $88.00 AOS payment fees. The weird thing is that our Son's name appeared as the applicant even though he is a already a LPR. We wrote to NVC saying that the petition is for me only the Husband and that the child is already a GC holder. Couple of days later the online payment form was adjusted to include my name as the principal applicant but our child name is still there with a fee of 230 to pay as well for him??? I wrote a second email yesterday requesting his name to taken out again... My wife already paid 88 AOS fees + 230 for my IV visa fees. Will they process the application or not as long as my son's fees show as unpaid??? Thanx in advance for your advise on this...
Hi, our F2A I-130 is now also approved. I found this on the USCIS web site, nothing received yet, neither email, nor mail. I hope NVC process our case quickly so we can get into the CURRENT Visa Bulletin for F2A for the rest of the fiscal 2013 year. I plan to call NVC on Monday and be proactive in order to get things ready as soon as possible. If anybody has any experience with NVC, please share. Thanks in advance! My case is already on the tracker. I am LPR with a wife outside the US. Because of this I hardly stay in USA. I am a self employed truck driver and this gives me a lot of freedom. I am 50% of the time at the US working and 50% of the time outside the US spending time with my wife.
Congrats! what is you priority date and processing location? Thanx
My petition is 21/02/2013 filed with VSC and I have not received any notification of transfer to local USCIS office. Does that mean that they are transferring after a certain date only?
