Hy amazon..NVC sent me IV invoice together with Aos fee n I sent both..and they received it both.n I habe ds-260 form on my ceac account..bt I don't receive I-864 form yet..so should I fill up ds-260 nw or after I receive I-864??

@sabina..wait them till they sent u I-864 form and after that wait for next instruction from NVC.

hy amazon i ve one serious question for u- i lived outside my nation for 3 years and the immigration there sent me bck cuz i overstayed 2 mnths without visa and aftr i returnd bck i lost my pasport..and i took new one .. during filing i-130 i askd my lawyer bout my new pp and she told me i dun ve to fill up in biographic form bout my previous stay as i lost my pp and i did co.. bt nw m in tens what should i told to consular officer during interview time as i didnt mention my previous stay..will it be a serious matr or wil they deny me with visa or should i tell them the truth.. m in big tens..pls help with appropirate sugg. thnx in advance

@ molly- mine is same case..it means ur approved petition is nw sent to NVC from USCIS for further processing..nw have to wait till NVC receives it ..

@sabina.. my pd is oct 22 2012 and my cse was tranfrd to NSC frm VSC on 16 aug 2013 and it got approved aftr 39 days..
