Topic: 485 filing without medical tests

Hi My lawyer is filing my 485 without medical tests. he is saying its taking more than 1 year so no need to submit medical test as i will need to submit fresh tests again. My query is that will my wife get her EAD card if we submit 485 without medical tests. Please let me know. Thanks JMD
