hi amazon.. I am from F2A category from India. My priority date is June21,2013. My priority date is current till end of May. Now my case is at NVC. My husband have filled up all forms,paid all fees and send all documents. But suddenly VISA BULLETIN retrogress from Sep8,2013 to may1,2012.My question is that will NVC also process my case after May or they will look for VISA BULLETIN for my priority date to be current again????
