Topic: F2a Retrogress, will US consulate reschedule interview or nt ?

My file is from F2A category. my interview is scheduled on 19th may 2014 due to TB suspicion in my medical they had denied me to attend the interview. my first question is that i made profile on ustraveldocs website. Panel doc haven't informed me about EITHER i should attend appointment made for fingerprint or not.???? Second question is that my priority date is in february 13 suddenly visa bulletin retrogress from 8 sep 2013 to 1 may 2012 BAD LUCK, will they reschedule interview after completion of my medical in June end or they look for VISA BULLETIN for my priority to be current ???
