Hello All, Little update from me, I have received my physical GC today. It took little over a week days to get the card after case has been approved. Hey asghar, your priority date would become current in Oct 2015 bulletin. If your I-130 is approved, then you can file following documents [list][*][/list]I-485: application to adjust status I-765: Application for work authorization (you can work full time once it is approved) I-131: Application for Travel document I-864: Affidavit of support I-693: Medical examination report Tax documents and any other related documents USCIS ask for once you file all of the above documents, USCIS would take about 5-6 to schedule an interview. If your priority date is current at the time of Interview, then USCIS officer can make a decision and approve green card. If USCIS officer convince that your marriage is true and your priority date is not current at that time, then you need to wait until it became current. If you have opted consular processing in I-130, then you don't have to file above documents, but it would different process. Remember, even if your Travel document is approved (thru above process) you can travel in and out of country, however you can check USCIS guideline before travelling. Keep all of the documents ready by Oct 1st,so you can submit at the earliest.

thanks anikram. i have some more information to share My GC was approved yesterday, i am travelling out of country next week. I know, i am not going to get my physical green card before i leave. So, i went to local USCIS office (you need a infopass though) and explained the situation. they put a stamp in the passport, so i can comeback without any issue. Immigration officer at USCIS office told me that i am getting un-conditional GC as my marriage is just over 2yrs (few days). Thanks Haris

Hey Anikram, how were you able to submit second service request?? I called customer service @1-800-375-5283 and reported an issue on my case, they said they can't place a service request because my medical report was received less than 60 days ago, i have to wait until sept 8th to place service request. any information will help thanks Hari

Hi all, any updates?? anyone else got GC?? I haven't received my GC yet. Senator's office were able to check in on my case on 08/04, they said we should be hearing decision in two weeks. No updates so far.
