Topic: question about which name to use

hey amazon i am confused about which name to use in I-864 form. In my passport i used my father's name as my middle name. now i just got married this year. my passport expires in 2019 so i didn't make any changes. waiting till my passport expires so i can add my husband's name instead of my dad's. so my question is should i use dad's name (as in my passport) or husbands name (as on marriage certificate)? please help and thanks in advance.

uscis processing time for sept 17 2013 for I130 shows 5 months so does that mean that i will receive an approval letter anytime from now onward? or it means that i have to wait for at-least 5 months form today's date? (i have not received any transfer notice to local office). PD: jan 2013

Topic: How do we figure out the dates?

To amazon: One thing I don't understand is that Uscis processing time and visa bulletin don't syncronise together!! Wats the point of visa bulletin if date in USCIS don't match with visa bulletin? The date in Vermont center is June 12 and visa bulletin shows cutoff date sept 13!! How do we interpret these two dates and figure our waiting time???

Visa bulletin says sept 2013!!! I mean I can't believe it was this supposed to be sept 2012 instead of 2013? May be this is a typo?? This system is soo unpredictable and messed up too!!!! But hope its not a mistake. Still waiting for NOA2 my Pd is Jan2013 and still nothing heard [confused]
