Topic: son included or not?

My PD is November 2009 under EB3 Philippines. When my Employer petitioned me last 2009, my son is only 18 and he is included in the petition. Now he is 23 years old. I am a single mom . I would like to know if my son will be included when my PD gets current? He just finished Associate Degree here in the U.S. under F1 Visa. After he graduated last February 2014, he was granted OPT for one year but was not able to use it since he went back home in the Philippines and he is still there now. I'm just concern how can i petition him once my PD gets current? Please i need help on this matter. Thank you so much. --Jazmine
