waiting is killing me. I have been waiting 7 months now.I called uscis they said wait 90 more days. I have no RFE and anything. maybe their visa number finished? please any advice

I am eb3 row, priority date march 2008. Filed my application on june10, 2013. Still hasn't receive biometric appointment notes yet. Is anybody has same problem? Amazon, do you have any idea? Please I am kind of nervous.
