Hello there! I am new to this forum and entirely new to this process of making greencard thing. I am just a student and in the Indian restaurant where I work, the employer wants to file gc for me and I just realized that I don't have a A number and I don't have any experience to be filled in the form to be filed for perm. Do these things matter while filing the application. I have a lawyer but still I wanted to relate to some real experiences. The lawyer who is handling my case is not really trust worthy and I cannot go to someone else because he is my owner's lawyer. As far as I know he put the add in the newspaper in July 2013 and put the SWA job order in September 2013 and still have not got the PWD. I know he should be filing the application before january but he does not worry at all. Please share some experience, by the I am working as an Indian cook

I have placed the job order with SWA on July 8 2013 and the Advertisments are also being published on two Consecutive sundays, I just wanted to know what would be the good date for me to file the labor certification.I am not keeping any attorney so any help would be highly appreciated. thanks

I am working in an Indian restaurant and filing labor certification. My first question is do I file it online or mail the application. I am not keeping any attorney so I am bit confused about the documents needed while filing.Can anyone please list all the documents needed apart from advertisement and experince letters. thanks
