Will F4 INDIA Priority date be 8-DEC-04 (Which was date of March-2020 Visa Bulletin) in October-2020 visa bulletin? As from March-2020 on wards F4 INDIA Priority date moves forward in every months bulletin till August-2020, but no any Interview scheduled/or Visa issued to F4 INDIA category from 20-March-2020 on wards by US Consulates in INDIA. Fiscal year 2020 will be end by September 2020, as as per rule unused visa number of Family Sponsored Preference for fiscal year 2020 will be transferred/added to Employment based preference for fiscal year 2021.
