Topic: Cut-off date to file AOS?

My PD is current until May 2014 visa bulletin. per June 2014 it retrogressed. I have not yet filed the AOS as lawyer is reviewing them and may take about two weeks. If she dispatches by May 31, 2014 will USCIS accept my AOS package? I need AP to travel. Please advice.

Topic: How to port the priority date from 130 to 360?

I see on the USCIS website that we can port the priority date from 130 to 360. I need a format for cover letter to ask for porting the dates. Please help. Also can I file for Advance parole too if the date is current as USCIS website says concurrent filing is possible.

Amazon, When will the dates move forward? Prior to this date people already got EAD and AP. Others are waiting...

I did not go to interview as we were seperated and the appointment indicated that both should come together. Shall I go for the interview alone? Or create a service request?

On 130 am the beneficiary. But for the sponsorship in I864 I was sponsor as my spouse did not have a job or money. I showed my employment as the source of funds. The marriage was a traditional arranged marriage and fell apart in less than 6 months. My 140 is also attached to 485 by my lawyer but the lawyer did not mention of perusing marriage based GC. My interview was abandoned as of seperation. Could you suggest what to do next as lawyer has no suggestions.

My spouse cheated on me and I have filed for seperation. I want to know if I must withdraw petition or let it wait till I have final judgement?

Thanks Amazon! I was indicating about transfer or interfile. Does interfile require a PD to be current? What happens to EADs in the interfile do they become invalid or get extended? Let us say that I move my pending 485 from FB to EB due to reasons whatsoever and my Both dates are retrogressed. So what will be impact on renewing EADs?

Topic: Travel to Canada without stamping

Thanks Amazon I have read the articles but my situation is different my expired visa stamp is for F1 and my current status changed to H1 and is valid until next year. I do not plan to attend visa interview in Canada but plan to submit I 485 tomorrow and will travel next month. Please do let me know if I can travel without stamping !!
