Topic: Questions about my Visa Application

Hi there, so in October 2014 (14th) my immigration lawyer filed my i-130 Petition for Alien Relative (i'm unmarried and over 21) via my Mother who is an American Citizen by birth (i missed applying before i was 21 as i was unaware of the aging out thing) My case number on USCIS comes up with this [quote]Case Was Approved On February 5, 2015, we approved your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, [/quote] So which is my priority date? when the petition was submitted i.e October 2014 or when it was Approved - Feb 2015? Also when looking at the Visa Bulletin board, there are 2 charts, both look confusing [quote]A. FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES[/quote] or [quote]B. DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS[/quote] which one should i be looking at ? what do they both mean?
