Topic: Received I-797.. petition forwarded

Petition approved. Priority date is 01-14-2019. Forwarded to NVC. It's been almost 7 months now and haven't gotten any notices or emails. I have sent out several emails to NVC and to my state representative, Don Bacon for assistance into locating where my papers really are. I even mailed a letter to NVC. I called both USCIS and NVC. USCIS says they only handle the I-130 part of it. I also was told that it was electronically sent to NVC. I think my petition got lost. What to do now? [crying]
