Thanks Haris. Since i had a pending service request which i had placed in june and july they placed a secondary service request yesterday.I had called the customer care using the same number which you have listed.

I have not received any update so far.I did create a service request before i received RFE for medical report and i was told my case is processed by NBC.I am planning to call uscis customer care on 23 of this month. Should i go to the local uscis office to check with the case?

Thanks Haris.The read the link but it does not explain my situation and even if i get conditional green card,i cant follow the 90 day application rule to remove the condition on gc. Hoping for the best. I responded back to the RFE with the medical report and on july 23rd they received my medical report and hopefully i will get the good news soon. Haris any update on your case?
