Sir/Mam, F2B case which was approved and sent to NVC and waiting for priority date to become current. now my father i.e., petitioner, has changed the address, intimation of which was sent to NVC at there email address. We received automatic machine response email. but [b]no other email has been received by us [/b]which says your address has been changed in record after 3 weeks also. [size=6] [b]Was emailing to NVC was right thing done by us and does NVC reply back to such email or not ?[/b][/size]

sir can a person whose whole family is in USA and got their GC, can apply for f visa. considering the fact that [b]my F2B case is approved [/b]and pending at NVC waiting for priority date to be current. if not then is there any other visa on which i can visit my family, because i m still student in India is there any hope from immigration Bill that House Congress may want to pass. [confused] thank u

Sir, It is very good move that V-Visa will now cover Unmarried son above 21 of LPRs if bill is passed. [size=6][b]My question is that if this bill is passed then 1) for how long, son will be allowed to stay in US per year ?, 2) can that son persue further education in USA under V visa ?[/b][/size] Thank u
