A response from the USCIS saying "You should receive a reply by February 14, 2015" Does it mean that i will get a reply on this date or possible to have a reply before this date? i have been waiting for a long time for this green card i hope i will get it sooner than that date. thanks....God bless.

this is the response i got from the USCIS when they received the RFE response that i should get a response from them by January 30, 2015.......should i get a response on january 30 or before this date :) thanks much.

I received an RFE for my I 485 application, I submitted all the documents the asked with the letter from them as the cover letter..I followed what ever they asked me to do in response to it. While reading some of the discussions here, a cover letter was mentioned in replying to an RFE, i did not write a cover letter of my own instead i used RFE letter as the cover letter..now i am worried of having any delays again in my I 485 application in regards of not having a cover letter :( Would it be a problem? i just did what ever they were asking me to do. Please reply..God bless.
