Hey guys, is there anyone here who knows something about this, or has similar problem... On July 30 2013 i got e-mail: Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN[/i] Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity On July 30, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations. ------------- The thing is that yesterday (after a month) i got another e-mail : Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN Your Case Status: Initial Review On August 30, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN that you filed. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance. During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud indicators. SO MY QUESTION IS, DOES ANYBODY KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON? WE STILL HAVENT RECIEVED THE FIRST LETTER OF THAT NOTICE WITH INSTRUCTIONS, AND ALREADY THE CASE HAS BEEN RETURNED BACK FROM NVC TO USCIS. AND I DONT UNDERSTAND WHATS THAT WITH THE ADDRESS, WE CHANGED THE ADDRESS 2 MONTHS AGO, NOT YESTERDAY. BUT WHEN WE SAW THE APPROVAL, WE CALLED TO SEE IS THE NOTICE MAILED TO THE NEW ADDRESS, AND THEY TOLD US THEY DONT KNOW, WE HAVE TO WAIT 1 MONTH, AND IF WE DONT RECIEVE IT BY THEN, TO CALL AGAN. SO YESTERDAY WHEN WE LOGGED IN, TO SEE IS THERE ANY UPDATE,AND TO SEE THE NUMBER TO CALL, WE SAW THAT OUR CASE IS IN USCIS AGAIN, AND IT IS 2 STEPS BACK, ON INITIAL REVIEW AGAIN. [confused] COULD SOMEBODY TELL ME SOMETHING PLEASE [crying] THANKS IN FRONT!
