I Ankita Vipulkumar Patel, filed EB5 based case with dependent my husband and my son. My case approved on 30th September 2016. At present, when i check my case status on uscis website, approved date is changed to 11th May 2023. please let me inform how can this possible? My representative enquired in January 2023 about current stage of the application processing, USCIS consular processing response me that visa processing time mid to late February 2023. so kindly inform me about visa processing time for my case.
