I am Citizen holder , filed I-130/IR1 from 3/10/2014 . Now the case is process by USCIS Nebraska center . I did make E-request ( frame time of USCIS Nebraska is 5 months ) . Their reply is not clear security check . Any one can share how long it takes more , so much awful when family apart .

Yes , F2A should be faster process than I-130 ( stand-alone ) . You should get the case number from NVC now , who is your agent ? Do you live in California ? Your spouse will be proved a lot papers when interview in USA Consulate , VietNam .
