We are still waiting. No case number yet. NVC said they are getting a higher than usual volume of cases. It has been over a month since NVC received my petition. How about you?

I know the wait is so frustrating. I heard there was a senate bill that will eliminate the limit for F2A. If that goes through, we don't have to wait for our priority dates to be current. Good luck!

As soon as they emailed me the case number and aos invoice, I paid the fee online. When it says "paid" on their website, you can mail your AOS.

It's different. The Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill has provisions that republicans do not agree. Now they are proposing small bills that only include provisions that both parties can agree on. Amazon actually wrote a blog for this on february.

Already submitted all documents. Just waiting for "case complete" status. Unfortunately PD is still stuck.

Received an email from NVC that our "case is complete" and the embassy in Manila will schedule for interview as soon as our priority date becomes "current". We almost made it. :( really frustrating... Based on amazon's prediction, we might see retrogression in june this year. Hopefully he's wrong. Hang in there guys. We'll get there eventually. Alram what is your PD? I don't know why they let me proceed with the process. I'm thinking it's because our PD is so close to being current. Best of luck to all of us...

Bina, did you receive an email with instructions on how to proceed? I don't know if u already started the process in NVC. If you have a case number and invoice number you can try to pay for the fees in CEAC website if u haven't already done so. If your case is eligible to proceed, you should receive an email telling you to do it.
