Comments/Notes: My application was approved. Also, the adjustments of status of my daughter was approved and the follow to join application (I824) for my daughter overseas was approved, but my husband's (derivative) was not approved. His case is in the acceptance stage. I don't know what to do now. The day after the case status updated to card production for my case, I called USCIS and asked about my derivative. They suggested that I wait 60 days, but after what I read online of similar cases waiting for over a year, I want to request an infopass or send and email to the ombudsman. Should I wait for 60 days or should I proceed with the email and infopass? any thoughts?
