Hajur ko hsband ko name sachyaunu parcha hola kina ki euta sano mistake le back and forth huncha pachi n it would take & consume months .. NVC sanga deal garda sano mistake le pani kati time lost garcha so.. aile ta current chaina priority date so.. application diyera or sachyauna k garna parcha yeso here bhane ramro hola.. Bina, but primary sponsor chai afai (wife/hsband) bhako ramro huncha so far malai thaha bhaye anusar.. and secondary brother or other (if needed). I think application diyo bhane milacha .. pheri yo barsa current nahuna sakcha so next yr kurnai parcha :(

I have sent an email to NVC asking the status of my application although I kno its still in process because of priority date ;). They replied me saying to wait for priority date to be current. And in that email they sent Invoice ID and now can enter to CEAC website :).

Hello Dhan ! How far is your process? Today I received welcome letter from nvc, they ask me to pay AOS fee, and asked me to do choice of agent. My pd is not current even they send me email asking to do such things. Do you know anything about this ? Did you pay fee?

Hi Good to hear from u... how r u? thts great that u received smth from NVC ie AOS payment. Normally NVC asks the petioner to pay AOS bill / Fee to pay online before your actual priority date becomes current. Some 4-6 or less may be before ur priority date.
Now you will be able to fill up form DS-261(online) to establish your Choice of Agent after receiving your case number and invoice identification number (IIN) early on the National Visa Center (NVC) stage. And filling up and submitting this form is required before you can continue on to other NVC requirements.

This Form DS-261 basically establishes the lines of communication that NVC can use to get in touch with you.

The Choice of Address and Agent form is meant to be filled up by the beneficiary. Simply either u or ur spouse anyone who is residing in US is good option dear... OR sometime people hire lawer as agent too but I dnt think u have hired one.. NVC on’t issue invoices or proceed with your case until you submit this form.

WOw finally NVC shown up in ur case.. aba process chito chito agi badcha .. hehe I am still waiting but hope to see some email from NVC soon....
Now everything happens online.. AND please please wht ever ur corresponding with NVC think n read n check 10 times hai ... natra back n forth huda time laghca some time months will be wasted so be aware this is crutial part hai... dnt do anythin with confusion.... receck n recehck n finally send but steady way n fastly...

Visa for us citizen spouse is not numerically limited.... No waiting jus few months i guess ... unlike f2a spouse ie Green card holder spouse.. Many months to yers.... And visa cutoff dates... Ramesh bro...

Ya i dd yesterday.. now I am set to start NVC process after many months.. :) Yes you need to apply in IRS and get latest transcript.. mostly I read that people put recent to 3 yrs .. i think its good to put more yrs if u have... And you need to send original to NVC.. along with IV pakage..

They said we have to submit recent year tax return , but w2 form and trascript are in option. We have to submit one of this just w2 form or transript .and he said no need to submit orginal , they just need photo copy of all documents.

Dhan! I went to irs office to get trascript , but they said I have to wait till 15 April , coz I have to owe them 2500 .so they gonna give my trascript only on April . I don't want to wait till April. When I call in Nvc they told me to send one year tax return , and trascript or w2 . So, I am just planing to send rax return and w2 .nvc le Huncha bhane Ko Cha Huncha hola. I am gonna send all documents on this Monday.what about you? Did you pay fee?

Bina, sorry for late response... great that all we three 's process is going on @ NVC. We paid fee today and filled ds 261. We too have same prob like urs of tax transcript thing. And we are also planing to send just W2 n tax return. Hope that will be enough. Keep in touch hai...

Resent ko must ho.. n pay stubs (some - resent - three months), W-2 , statements , employer letter, etc I have set to send to NVC comming week. BTW, did you sent doc already..? Dhan! I did everything with in short time. They asked me to send all documents as soon as possible, because they will take 60 days to review our documents . So,regarding the fee, Maile wait garina sab fee send gareko 2 days. Ma documents Aru send gareko ho. Mero yuta Sathi le ni fee tireko 15 days Sama wait garda ni Aru fee tirnu lai email na aheysi Nvc ma call gareko Rey, documents haru send garnu fee haru bistarai tirda ni Huncha . Documents review garnu 60 days lagcha bhanyo ray, so don'nt wait Dhan.

With in 25 days of completeing case in nvc , I got interview from them. What do you mean tax transcript yo spouse ? I did not understand can you make me clear my dear friend?i had send recent year tax return form to nvc with other documents.
