Pretty much about all the evidence my lawyer already sent to
“1 – You must submit a current dated letter from your intended permanent employer. If you no longer intend to work for your original Form I-140 petitioning employer, you may be eligible to adjust under the visa portability provisions of section 106(c) of the American Competitiveness in the Twenty-First Century Act (“AC21”) Public Law 106-313. AC21 applies if: ….The letter from your original (or new AC21) employer must specify the job title and duties of the offered position, the minimum educational or training requirements, the date you began (or will begin) employment, and the offered salary or wage. This letter must be on company letterhead and signed, in the original, by an appropriate authority within the organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of permanent employment. ”
“2- Please submit proof of your continuous employment authorization in the U.S. from February 2008 to the present. Such evidence may include copies of: Employment Authorization Documents (Forms I-688 or I-766) granted to you by this Service; …Copies of Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Records showing you were admitted to the U.S. in the employment-authorized nonimmigrant status. 3- Submit documentations to verify your lawful status in the United States from December 2006 to February 2008.”
“4- The information provided in the application and/or contained in Service records establishes that you were admitted into the United States as a J-1 exchange visitor, subject to the two year residence requirement of Section 212(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Therefore,…you must submit an approval notice (Form I-797) issue by the Service to establish that you have applied for and been granted a waiver of the two year residence requirement.”

My husband who filed with me got one too,and it was fairly similar minus all the employment stuff and plus this:
“3- The records that you submitted with your application to register permanent residence or adjust status show that you have been going to school since September 2008 to obtain Associate Degree. Submit documentations from the school to verify that you have been attending the school. Such documentations may include transcripts, course of study, certificates of graduation, etc.”

It looks like USCIS does not spend much time reviewing papers in front of them. They just take a quick glance at you case and if any questions arise submit RFE without going trough every paper they got and looking for answers themselves.

Thank you so much. I got a RFE as well and I am still waiting to get the mail. It would be good if you keep me updated with anything else that has happened to you.
