My priority date is September 26, 2013 and will be current in June 2015 in the F2A category. I've had my interview I-130 is approved Biometrics done Medical done I-485 is pending What's next? Do I just wait for them to send me my GC?

Hi friend when did they send you interview letter? My case was completed and waiting for interview , and my pd is current in June 2015.just wanna know how long I have to wait to get interview letter.

Biometrics done Medical done I 130 approved and Interview done. have not received any notice about green card till now (PD current). Please share if you received your green card?if yes did you place any service request before you got your green card.Thanks in advance.

I have not received my card yet, nor have I opened a service request. I am just going to be patient. On another site, someone I follow with a PD of September 9 September 2013 received a "Card Production" message. That was yesterday.

I think your case is different, as you appear to be applying from outside the US. My interview happened over a year ago. I filed concurrently within the US.

i filed concurrently as well and my interview was held in the US last Jan.Thanks for the information.I think patience is the only answer right now.Keep us posted if there is any update with your case.I will do the same

I'm also in the same situation. I130 approved, Interview completed in 2014. And finally priority date (sep 19 2013)is current in June . Hopefully il get a good news soon. I checked with my USCIS local office and they said its moved to NBC(National Benefits Center) and they should process it further. I have also created a service request for "Outside Normal processing time". I should get a response on this SR in few days. If anyone get updates from USCIS for September priority date, please post here. Thanks !!

update: I got the RFE two days back since the Medical Report already expired(medical Report Valid only for an Year) . So whoever applied in 2013 il have to get the new Medical report. Since the priority Date is already current in June, I had the report handy. So we can assume that they are working on 2013 Sep cases. Hopefully il get the good news soon.

Hi Ajeesh RFE for medical report means we have to go to the civil surgeon again and send the sealed envelope to uscis?plus do we need to do the skin test(mantoux test) for TB again?Thanks fro posting this information.

Yes, we need to get the same Medical test again including TB and other Vaccinations. USCIS officer informed me the same during my Interview, so I was prepared and waiting for this RFE to come. Your notice explains what we need from you to resume working on your case. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires.

This will be same as mine. Did you get the new medical report. You should be receiving the details about the RFE in mail soon. Meanwhile get the appointment for the medical report. It ill be take few days depends upon your region. Today I received the acknowledge from USCIS as I sent back RFE response( the updated Medical report ) last week. As per USCIS they il resume the case again after receiving the RFE response.
