Hi everyone I need some help when it comes to joint sponsoring my petitioner has only worked for 10 months starting from march to present so its only obvious that he needs a co - sponsor but I am confused the co-sponsor has to provide his last 3 years tax returns right but does he also has to meet that poverty guideline or does his income and the petitioners income together have to meet the poverty guideline Amazon please help
