USCIS has released processing times at service centers as of April 30, 2013.
For F2A category, California Service Center has moved to November 15, 2011 and Vermont Service Center to March 19, 2012.
The biggest question is why is it taking USCIS around 50 days to get latest data on processing times [biggrin]
Exactly! While the VB is released one month in advance, processing dates are released one month (and even more) later :-(. Wish the VB and processing dates are in sync with each other.

Even when USCIS released the latest I-485 data (pending inventory) it was about 50 days difference date.
USCIS just released the I-140 and I-485 statistics with April 30 date (about 50 days difference). Its an interesting pattern. :-k
I filed form I-130 for my husband who is in the Philippines and received NOA1 stating that the PD is Nov. 15, 2012...and since then I havent't received yet NOA2...now on VB the F2A is current does it means that my husband's PD is included in that even if I didnt recieved yet the NOA2? Coz as I checked on the processing time of CSC it's still on Nov. 2011, so how's that? Do u hve any idea then when will I recieve the noa2 ? Thanks ...
This link should help answer all questions. You will have to wait for CSC processing time to reach Nov 2012 for NOA2.
After that NVC will schedule interview if VB date is still current.
Thanks amazon! Where's the link?
Sorry, here is the link: http://blog.mygcvisa.com/2013/07/fb-category-frequently-asked-questions.html
HI amazon i just wanna ask my PD is OCT 15 2012 but i do not have my NOa2 yet, if i do not have it till october do i need to wait for Visa bulletin to retrogress on my PD? but according to october 2013 visa bulletin prediction F2a will retrogress in Nov 2012 not october 2012... what will happen to those who have not yet receiived their noa2 october 2011 to october 2012 filers? thanks

USCIS will still continue to process I-130 application even if dates retrogress.
After NOA2, assuming the applicant is outside US, you would have to wait for PD to be current before NVC will set up interview.
even if filers got their noa2 in september, they cant still make it to nvc i think,, not good to wait more,,,thanks much amazon.
