I need help, we filed on December 2012 for our I-130 we have been waiting for 9months and 9days, our receipt number starts with msc, anybody here in this forum got there noa2 December filer? we have been calling uscis and they seems not helping they said we will receive an email on September but we have not received anything yet,.
