Hi Amazon, I filled first time for my i485 recvd by uscis Texas on sept 5th,recvd FP notice for October 3rd.Is it okay to wait or can we go as a walk in . If yes, what is a good reason we can give .Does it really speed up the process or just wait for the apt date.My birth place is u.a.e with pakistani nationality.Do you think before October 31 I will be getting a response if everything turns to be good. It is upto you. Typically most people go on the scheduled date. If you cannot go on that date, you can either do an early walk in or get a new date.

depends on how busy your ASC is,We did a early walk in in Pittsburgh ASC,no questiosn asked .got done in 10 mins.did two weeks earlier

Thank you Lydia , I am just waiting for the actual apt date since the rumor is that the visa numbers are already used up for this fiscal year .So anyways I would have to wait for next month when the visa numbers are available.

Finger print date is not depended on visa availability. They can still set up FP even if PD is not current.
