PD Apr 2014 in EB2/EB-3. Gave up H1B, working only on AOS EAD. How long a primary applicant on AOS EAD can be without a job if ever a situation comes and still not impact getting GC ? Some say 0 days. Some say its okay and you just have to have a job before the GC interview, which is obviously still years away with the above PD
